Went to a vietnamese restuarant there. Had Pho.. but the texture of the noodles is so soft... Not every happy with the food. The soup is average but nice, I feel that even Taka's food court sold better Pho. Haa. But we all enjoyed ourselves there.

Then SL brought the whole team to have a mini tour around SCV. I think it's the place where Weiya used to work during Poly's IA. Saw the room where the wall is filled with small TVs in which all the available channels are displayed. Also saw the "you can see all the good stuff" room - the room where they censor the videos. hahaa. Saw the korean movie "Cyblog" showing on one of the tv. My colleague says that you can work there to learn about editing of video in which you get to learn in Mass Comm, and then you can look for a job at the 电视台 as an editor. haa. Sounds very interesting.

After which, we had coffee at Starbuck near Forum.... Although it's good to chill out once a while with colleagues... but I feel that it's kinda "waste of time" to chill out during office hours! And they are all very busy pple, how can they sit there and chit chat while with so many thing pending in their hands. Hmm.... Maybe I should learn to relax. But my stupid sup... due to the fact that he can only book a flight on saturday for his holiday, he push my presentation to FRIDAY! Which is just tomolo lor. @#$%!^ I had not even prepare my slides yet. And also my head is thinking of swimming with my mum after work, but seeing the sky is going to rain, start to feel gan chiong. Cos I've been planning to swim with my mum for weeks, but weather always spoils the plan. I really can't relax under such situation man!

Anyway, I rush home after the coffee break. Literally RUN from forum to orchard MRT to take my bus. And half run half walk back to my house. When i see the sky starts to be a bit greyish, gets really depressed. Grumble and grumble. haha. My mum basically ignores me. She has master a high tolerance level. Haaa. We drive down to woodlands and saw the sign UNDER RENOVATION! Diaoz... Lucky I come along with my mum by car. Imagine if i came down all the way from work to woodlands to swim by Bus or Mrt only to find out this! I will be bloody mad! Anyway, we headed down to Bukit Batok's Swimming Complex instead.

Water is salty, water is freaky COLD~~~ But I enjoyed myself!!!! HAaaaa~ So happy. Swim~~Swim~~Swim~~. it's been a long time since i exercise, after the 1st lap (actually... in the middle of that lap) My arms starts to feel the muscle pain. hahaa. it's like i've done 20pushs up at 1 go. Haa.. The pain makes me happy. haha. Cos I "feel" me slimming down! (ya..like real!)

But my googles breaks again! It's those googles for short-sightedness. Cost me 40 bucks. Broke once after using it for the first time, took it back to exchange for a NEW one. But the new one broke too! For no reason again! Really really low quality stuff man! It's M.I.C. so next time... dun buy stuff from that are made in C. Hai... but like the whole of Singapore dun sell googles with degree except the royal sports house at PS. Might go to PS and complain this saturday. Going to advise the sales personnel to stop getting stocks from that supplier. Really spoils their reputation if they carry on to sell it in their shop. No wonder that other branches dun sell it at all!

It's 2.44am... slept from 10pm to 2am. Wrote my blog... Time to do my slides. No sleep for the rest of tonight. Jia You!

4D Result~~~

I din win. ^_^

ya~it's real just plain dog shit luck...

狗屎运。。。

今天，我很辛运的感受到了名副其实的狗屎运.

Went to sign my letter of offer from M1 today. Really a happy event, cos I found a perm job now. Wanted to share my joy, so I sms Meisen that I finally sign the papers today. But she din reply me immediately. Probably Zzzzzz.. Anyway, I carried on my journey back to office.

Just a few minute bus distance away from my office, received a call from SS, complaining about the heavy rain at 1010. After like 5min, the rain stop and I also reached my stop, so we decide to have a early lunch. As I was happily walking... and start to cross the road when my phone "Beep Beep... Beep Beep". Oh~ Sms...(Yes... it's Meisen's reply..) So I dig out my hp and start reading while I completed my last step of my road crossing. 怎么知道！！That last step ended up in a big pile of DOG SHIT! Wa lao! I was like totally -_-||| to the ultimate. Lucky thing is, it's NOT smelly! Damn grateful for that! Called up SS to complain! Of course ganna luff at lor. Spend 3 min wiping my shoes on the grass and my "DEAR" colleague still sms me "How come so slow!?!" As expected, I gave her a scolding when I met up with her. 哈哈！

Anyway, that not the ending of 狗屎运. After lunch, went to buy a 70cent canned green tea from the vending machine. Usually I give the exact amt, but today, I decided to dump $1. And guess what? The machine return me 50cents lei! Imagine my happiness!!! (Yes..my 贪小便宜的心态 kicks in again) Haa.

After work, rush home to buy 4D. Haa. Another happy incident occured. But... decide not to state it in the blog as yet. hoho. Anyway, lets hope this 狗屎运 will get me some cash on Wed. *Cross fingers**

Internet Explore 7

Finally decided to download Internet Explore 7. Previously introduced to it by Hua Hua purely thru conversation, but at that time, feel that it's very 多此一举 and very inconvenience to open up links in new tabs instead of new window. So at that time, I can't be bothered, but every now and then, I will wonder why Hua is so happy about it. Haha

Got my first physical contact at a desktop in office. Wasn't really used to it at first...was practically annoyed by it. But then, today, while researching for my report. Suddenly I can feel the messiness of all the windows popping out! While researching, I wanted to leave some windows open to d/l anime at youtube. but my taskbar is already filled up with tons of windows. Suddenly I understand that this new feature Explore 7 is an excellent tool to oragnise all the windows! And so, I immediate d/l it. Haa. Now I can have only 2 icon at my taskbar with one purely for my research, and the other for entertainment! Neat!

Highly recommend it. Do try it out! (You can download the one provided by google. ^^ Cos it comes along with Google toolbar. Of course... you can download the one provided by yahoo if you like yahoo more. ^^)

Scrapping Internet???

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070414/ap_on_hi_te/rebuilding_the_internet_8

Ooo... Hence, we get to see the true nature of Pulau Bintan!

It feels like the good old days of Pulau Wubin. Or the chaos of Bangkok. Hee~

It's really interesting to see the kampong environment once again! But I can't help but wonder how they tolerate when the weather become too hot or when it rain the whole day. Haaa. Guess I am really a spoiled urban kid!

The whole trip... has many Disappointments among the happiness.

The resort promise a plantation, whereby we could pluck and eat any fruits there. Although I have been fully mental-prepared that there might not be any fruits for me to pluck, and the Shiok scene in the drama "My girl" could never be true... but still, my heart ache with disappointment when I saw the "small" plantation. Probably because I still hope that I get to pluck MaNy MaNy fruits! Haa. You know me lah, I'm very very 贪小便宜 de. So you can imagine my 失落感. Although it's smaller than what I visualize, but still there is at least more than 50 orange trees there. And around 30 papaya trees.

Our only profit are 3 green oranges. Haaa. I insist that we MUST pluck some fruits, since it's there for us to pluck! Haaa. We taste the orange on the last day of the trip. Quote from my friend, "It's sour but edible" hahaa

They are really nice to hold though. Small and round and firm! ^_^ So overall, I still quite happy, at least a part of my greediness is satisfied.

Went to the Kelong to have seafood on the 2nd day. It's really interesting. There is a kelong resort, some pple bring majong to play! Haaa. Maybe next time I jio my gang to go there to play majong. hahaa.

Secenry is peaceful but the seafood... a disappointment again. The kongkong there is quite 老. Lucky I get to taste some good ones on the first night. (We had BBQ corn too!! Yeah! My fav!!!)

Kangkong, frog's legs, kongkong, crab and coconut... [Only Kangkong is nice =) ]

The beach... haa. another disappointmet. Hee~ Am I grumbling too much?? Haa. The beach... not those beautiful kind...no white sand, no light blue sea....but I get beautiful sea view. When snorkling. ^_^ Manage to see some beautiful fish.

After that, went back to my resort and have a wonderful full body massage!! Hee~ I guess this is the climax of the whole journey! Had a Jazzcui for 15min beforehand, then enjoy the full body massage. WOoo, the lady really have power! Heng I was facing down.. else you would luff till your stomachache when you see my face twist as if I had just ate a lemon! However I ensure my body did not twitch a single bit, me still need to have my dignity de, you know. hahaa. 爱面子！

The next day, before we left for the ferry. We had a back massage and a foot reflextory. haa. Cos it's real cheap! Less than $20 for each. But...my right portion of back becomes more painful after the massage. haha. Note: Massage can only be for those who have healthy back! If you have muscle ache beforehand... try not to have strong massage. haha. Hurts more!

My resort and the room. The room seems nice hor. haha. Ya... just dun look closely at the wall, close one eye, open one eye and the whole world will look great de. Haaa

Reach singapore on sunday at 6pm. My uncle came to singapore on that day too! So they 顺路 and pick me up. Then we went to IMM's Long Beach to eat real seafood! haha! My day ended happy!

Just saw a picture on Tenshi's blog. haha. I have a similar photo! But this photo is taken without me knowing the security guard is there!!!!! And my idiot friend din tell me also! I was wondering why all the taxi drivers shading at the tree infront of me keeps luffing and luffing! Hai...

Somehow my movement matchs the scene. Same position, same pose! If I don't say, you might not even notice it, or you might have thought they are just deco!

Are they competiting with each other?? Who ever moves first, loses! hahaa. Anyway, one of them (the clever one...or maybe the hungry one) left the scene. The other one is still stubbornly hanging there... I wonder when will it realise that life is short and it should treasure the time it has left.

Tarot card....

Played a Tarot Card game shown on Fen's blog.... and my result is....... Not good for the heart...)

You are The Devil

Materiality. Material Force. Material temptation; sometimes obsession

The Devil is often a great card for business success; hard work and ambition.

Perhaps the most misunderstood of all the major arcana, the Devil is not really "Satan" at all, but Pan the half-goat nature god and/or Dionysius. These are gods of pleasure and abandon, of wild behavior and unbridled desires. This is a card about ambitions; it is also synonymous with temptation and addiction. On the flip side, however, the card can be a warning to someone who is too restrained, someone who never allows themselves to get passionate or messy or wild - or ambitious. This, too, is a form of enslavement. As a person, the Devil can stand for a man of money or erotic power, aggressive, controlling, or just persuasive. This is not to say a bad man, but certainly a powerful man who is hard to resist. The important thing is to remember that any chain is freely worn. In most cases, you are enslaved only because you allow it.

What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.

Saturday, March 31, 2007

Find this funny, very interesting and extremely creative . Love it when the red warship appears!
